Return rules<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n

Online store verovital.lv<\/em><\/p>\n\n

1. General information<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n

These Return Terms apply to goods purchased in the online store verovital.lv<\/strong> managed by SIA “VEROVITAL”, reg. No. 40203073954, registered office at 4 Lielupu Street, Medemciems, Olaines parish, Olaines county, LV-2127 (hereinafter \u2013 the “Seller”). The regulations have been developed in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia and the Cabinet of Ministers regulations “Regulations on distance contracts”.<\/p>\n\n

2. Right of withdrawal<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n

The consumer (natural person) has the right to refuse the goods purchased in the distance contract within 14 calendar days without indicating the reason. The term of the right of withdrawal shall be counted from the day when the consumer or a third party indicated by him or her (except for the carrier) has acquired possession of the goods. <\/p>\n\n

The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal entities.<\/p>\n\n

3. Conditions for the return of goods<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n

When exercising the right of withdrawal, the consumer is responsible for preserving the value of the product during the period of exercising the right of withdrawal. The product may be used to the extent necessary to check the type, characteristics and operation of the product (just as it could be done in a store). <\/p>\n\n

The product to be returned must meet the following conditions:<\/p>\n\n

    \n
  • the product has not been used and has not lost the appearance of its goods (there are no signs of scratches, wear and tear, damage);<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • the product is returned in full set, in the original packaging, if any;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • the original label\/marking of the product, if any, has been retained.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

    If the value of the product has decreased due to improper or inappropriate use (for example, the product was used for its intended purpose, damaged packaging or the product itself), the Seller has the right to reduce the amount to be refunded in accordance with the decrease in the value of the product.<\/p>\n\n

    4. Procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n

    In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer shall inform the Seller within 14 days by filling out the withdrawal form (available in the Annex to these Terms, as well as [insert a link to the withdrawal form on the website]<\/strong>) and sending it to the e-mail address info@verovital.lv<\/strong>. After receiving the application for withdrawal, the Seller immediately sends a confirmation to the consumer. <\/p>\n\n

    The consumer is obliged to send or return the goods to the Seller without undue delay, but not later than within 14 days after sending the withdrawal form, to the address: Twilight 1, St\u016bn\u012b\u0161i, Olaines novads, LV-2127<\/p>\n\n

    5. Cost of returning goods<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n

    The direct costs of returning (delivering back) the product shall be borne by the consumer, except in cases where the reason for the return is the non-conformity of the product with the order (for example, an incorrect, incomplete or damaged product has been delivered) \u2013 in this case, the cost of return shall be borne by the Seller.<\/p>\n\n

    Taking into account the nature of the goods (bulky and heavy goods \u2013 grills, kazani, tandoors, etc.), the consumer is responsible for the safe packaging of the goods for return in order to prevent damage during transportation.<\/p>\n\n

    6. Cashback<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n

    Upon receipt of the returned goods or a confirmation of the shipment of the goods submitted by the consumer (whichever comes first), the Seller shall refund to the consumer without undue delay, but not later than within 14 days, all payments received from him, including delivery costs.<\/p>\n\n

    The refund is made using the same means of payment that the consumer used in the original transaction, unless the consumer has expressly agreed to another means. If the consumer had chosen a more expensive method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Seller, the Seller is not obliged to reimburse the difference in costs. <\/p>\n\n

    The seller has the right to withhold the refund until he has received the product back or the consumer has submitted a confirmation of the shipment of the product.<\/p>\n\n

    7. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n

    In accordance with regulatory enactments, the right of withdrawal does not apply to certain categories of goods, including goods made by individual order of the consumer or are clearly personalized.<\/p>\n\n

    If some Verovital goods (e.g. tandoors or kazans according to individual sizes\/specifications) are made to order, please clearly indicate this here and in the descriptions of the relevant goods \u2013 such goods are not subject to a 14-day right of withdrawal.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

    8. Damaged or non-conforming goods<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n

    If the delivered goods do not comply with the terms of the contract (are defective or of poor quality), the consumer has the right to file a claim in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law. The Consumer shall inform the Seller of the non-conformity of the goods within two months from the day when the non-conformity was established. <\/p>\n\n

    In such case, the consumer has the right to request that the Seller eliminates the non-conformity of the product free of charge or exchanges the product for a corresponding one. If it is not possible to eliminate the non-conformity of the goods or exchange the goods, the consumer has the right to a price reduction or cancellation of the contract and a refund. The seller shall provide a written reply to the consumer’s application within 15 working days. <\/p>\n\n

    9. Handling of complaints and disputes<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n

    Complaints about the quality or return of goods can be submitted by the consumer by writing to info@verovital.lv or by calling +371 20 308 300. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, the consumer is entitled to apply to the Consumer Rights Protection Centre (www.ptac.gov.lv) or use the European Union dispute resolution platform. <\/p>\n\n
