However, we recommend an additional cleaning procedure before cooking for the first time. <\/p><ol dir=\"ltr\"><li>Heat the cauldron over a fire (NO lid!).<\/li><li>Add approximately 1 kg of regular table salt.<\/li><li>Stir the salt evenly across the entire inner surface of the cauldron for about 20 minutes.
