SIA “VEROVITAL”, registration No. 40203073954, legal address Lielupu street 4, Medemciems, Olaines parish, Olaines nov., LV-2127, hereinafter – online store – provides the content available on the website and provides goods in accordance with the Terms of Use set out below.
1. General provisions
If the consumer purchases goods through the website, then such mutual agreement is considered a Distance Contract and is subject to the legal norms of the Republic of Latvia regulating a distance contract, including, but not limited to, the “Consumer Rights Protection Law” of the Republic of Latvia, the Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia “Regulations on Distance Contracts”, etc.
2. Making purchases
The prices and specification of products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products.
To place an order, add the desired products to the shopping cart. Fill in all the necessary fields and choose the most suitable delivery method. The total cost of the order with delivery is then displayed on the screen. Make the purchase payment to complete the order.
3. Payment terms
The settlement currency on the site is the euro. It is possible to pay for the purchase by choosing the following payment methods provided by the payment platform makecommerce.lv, Maksekeskus AS:
Leave only those payment methods that will actually be activated in your MakeCommerce agreement:
- Latvian internet bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele and Luminor;
- Estonian internet bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor;
- Lithuanian internet bank payments: Swedbank, SEB and Luminor;
- Visa/Mastercard card payments.
NB! Using the internet bank payment method, confirm the order and click on the button “Return to merchant”.
Personal data necessary for making payments is transferred to a licensed payment institution Maksekeskus AS.
The agreement enters into force with successful payment to the bank account of the online store. If for some reason it is not possible to fulfill the order, the Buyer will be informed about it and the paid amount will be refunded as soon as possible, but not later than within 14 days after receiving the notification.
4. Terms of delivery
The goods are delivered to the following countries: Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, Germany [adjust according to the actual geography of delivery]. Purchased goods are delivered through parcel machine and courier delivery partners (for example, Omniva, DPD), as well as, if available, receipt from the store. Bulky goods (for example, tandoors, large kazans) are delivered by courier. All duties and taxes that must be paid to receive the parcel at the delivery destination shall be borne by the Buyer. Shipping costs are displayed before the order is confirmed.
The purchased goods are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer within 14 working days. In exceptional cases, we have the right to ship goods up to 45 calendar days, informing the customer about this.
5. Right of withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to refuse the product within 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt of the Product. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the Buyer is a legal entity.
Note: if some of the goods are made to individual order (for example, according to the Buyer’s dimensions/specification), they may not be subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal – in this case, please clearly indicate this in the product description and in this section.
In order to exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal, the goods may only be used for their intended purposes; The consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the period of exercising the right of withdrawal. If the goods are improperly used or damaged, neglectful treatment of the product during use or failure to follow the instructions of the instructions, if the original packaging of the product has been lost or its packaging is significantly damaged, the online store has the right to reduce the amount to be refunded in accordance with the decrease in the value of the product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must submit a withdrawal form, which can be found here: Return Policy, by sending it to the e-mail address info@verovital.lv within 14 days of receiving the goods.
The buyer bears the cost of returning the product, except in cases where the reason for the return is that the product does not correspond to the order (for example, incorrect or damaged product).
The Buyer is obliged to return the Goods to the Seller without delay, but not later than within 14 days after sending the withdrawal form to the online store. After receiving the returned goods, the online store shall immediately, but not later than within 14 days, refund all payments received from the Buyer on the basis of the Distance Agreement.
The Seller has the right to withhold payment until he has received a certificate of return of the Goods or goods from the Buyer. If the Buyer has chosen a method of sending other than the cheapest type of parcels offered in the online store, the online store is not obliged to compensate for the excess cost of the parcel.
The online store shall not be liable for delays in the fulfilment or non-fulfilment of obligations, or other types of non-fulfilment that have arisen due to circumstances and obstacles that are beyond the reasonable control of the online store.
The online store reserves the right to refuse to sell the goods and request the return of the goods from the Buyer if the price indicated in the online store is significantly lower than its market price due to an error.
6. Consumer’s rights regarding goods that do not conform to the contract
The online store shall be liable for non-compliance of the goods sold to the Buyer with the terms of the contract or deficiencies that have arisen within 6 months after the date of delivery of the goods to the customer or were present at the time of delivery, if such presumption does not contradict the characteristics or lack of the case. The Buyer must inform the Seller about the non-conformity of the goods immediately, within 2 months after its discovery, i.e. submit a complaint. The buyer can submit a complaint by contacting the online store, writing to the info@verovital.lv or calling +371 20 308 300.
The online store is not responsible for defects that have occurred after the delivery of the goods to the Buyer. If the purchased goods have defects, for which the Seller is responsible, the Buyer has the right to request the elimination of defects in the goods or exchange for new goods free of charge.
If it is not possible to repair or replace the goods, the Seller shall return to the Buyer all payments provided for in the Distance Agreement. The seller shall provide a written response to the consumer’s complaint within 15 days.
7. Processing of the Buyer’s personal data
The online store processes only those personal data that the Buyer has entered when ordering goods, such as name, surname, e-mail, etc.
The online store transfers personal data to the transport service provider(s) in order to ensure the delivery of goods.
If you have expressly agreed to receive our marketing communications, including newsletters, we may contact you from time to time with information about our products and the latest offers. For this purpose, we may process your email address that you provided when signing up for marketing communications. The buyer has the opportunity to refuse marketing communications by notifying us about it by writing to the info@verovital.lv.

8. Dispute settlement procedure
In matters not specified in these terms and conditions, the Buyer and the Seller undertake to comply with the laws and regulations in force in the Republic of Latvia.
The parties shall resolve all disputes between the Seller and the Buyer through mutual negotiations or correspondence. If the dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation or correspondence, the Parties will resolve the dispute in the court of the Republic of Latvia, observing the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes between the Buyer (consumer) and the Seller may be referred for resolution to the Consumer Rights Protection Centre or the court of the Republic of Latvia.
The buyer also has the right to apply to the dispute resolution bodies of the European Union.
